Road Trip is a tasteless and silly teenage road movie. Especially the frame story and the extremely irritating narrator are drawbacks, but I have to admit that there are very funny sequences.
Josh and his girlfriend Tiffany have chosen to go to different colleges, but they do not want to give up their relationship. Yet, their long-distance relationship is jeopardized because of a mixture of stupidity and bad luck. Josh sleeps with his charming classmate Beth and records it all on video. By mistake the tape is swopped with a taped declaration of love to Tiffany and sent to Tiffany before Josh discovers it.
How can Josh save his relationship? He gets a car and with his friends he tries to get hold of the tape before it gets into the wrong hands.
