The Birds

The Birds begins in a deliberately slow pace, in fact it is almost boring. There is a lack of drama in the beginning, which works as a contrast to the second part of the film, in which the birds attack in order to kill. The beginning is the lull before the storm. It's not from Alfred Hitchcock's best film, but it has got memorable scenes.
