Olsen Bandens sidste stik

No doubt it was tempting for the people behind the popular Olsen-bande films to make one last film, but maybe they shouldn't have - they cannot argue that the signs were not there: Not only did the director Tom Hedegaard pass away while the film was being shot. So did one of the main characters, Poul Bundgaard, which made it even more difficult to finish the film. It is clear that the script has been rewritten, especially the ending, which is the weakest part of the film.
   The comedy cleverly makes use of the fact that the three main characters and their parts have aged a lot since the beginning of the 80s when the previous film was made. Still, the film disappointed me. I had expected it to be more funny than it was.
