8 Heads in a Duffel Bag is a black comedy, which is just about as absurd and farcical as it can possibly be without getting out of control.

Tommy Spinelli is a gangster who is hired to take eight heads to a mob boss to prove that a contract killing has been carried out. Charlie is a student who is going on vacation in Mexico with his girlfriend Laurie and her parents. Both Tommy and Charlie have a blue duffel bag, so what happens? The bags get mixed up.

Tommy only has two days to carry out his task so he has to figure out how to retrieve the bag. Charlie is also in trouble to say the least...
