I Know What You Did Last Summer

I Know What You Did Last Summer scripted by Kevin Williamson is an effective horror movie although it is neither as original or funny as the "Scream"-movies. It is a tradional horror movie without the "Scream" movies' self-conscious play with the genre.

Four young people with high school behind them and their futures ahead of them are driving back from a party when they run over a young man. Because they have had a bit much to drink, they fear the consequences and decide to hide the body.

One year later they realize that they made the wrong decision, because somebody apparently knows what they did last summer and want them to pay for it.
