Desperate Measures

Desperate Measures is an entertaining thriller despite its extremely far-fetched story and stock characters.

The policeman John Connor desperately tries to find a donor for his son Matthew who is suffering from leukaemia. He only finds one possible donor, the violent and intelligent psychopath Peter J. McCabe who is doing time in prison.

Reluctantly McCabe agrees to go to hospital for a bone marrow surgery, but not because he would like to help Matthew Connor survive. No, he has other plans.
