Charlie's Angels

Some time in the early 1980s I watched the tv-series Charlie's Angels about the three sexy female agents who were sent on secret missions by their invisible boss Charlie Townsend. Twenty years later John Forsythe is still the voice of Charlie Townsend, but the girls are new and the pace is faster.

Natalie, Dylan and Alex are assigned to rescue Eric Knox, a computer genius, who has been abducted. Knox's partner Vivian Wood suspects their main rival Roger Corwin so the angels follow that lead. Nothing is as it seems, though.

If you can ignore the silly plot, Charlie's Angels is a rather entertaining action movie brimming with energy and irony.
