Tro, håb og kærlighed

Gripping adaptation of Bjarne Reuter's novel about teenagers in Copenhagen in the early 60s.

Tro, håb og kærlighed (Twist and Shout) is a sequel to "Zappa", which was also directed by Bille August. Some of the characters from "Zappa" reappear, for instance Bjørn, who learns a lesson or two about life when he falls deeply in love with a more mature girl than his doting girlfriend Kirsten. A new character is Bjørn's friend Erik, who has enough problems of his own, especially at home.
