Kindergarten Cop

Kindergarten Cop is an action comedy, in which Arnold schwarzenegger plays a tough L. A. cop, John Kimble, whose only chance of nailing Crisp, a drug baron and a murderer, is finding Crisp's ex-wife. She has run away with her son and possibly a huge amount of Crisp's money. Now she is hiding in a small provincial town. Except for Crisp nobody knows how she and her son look.

Under cover of working as a kindergarten teacher, Kimble tries to find out who of the bunch of tiny, unruly kindergarteners is Crisp's son. Most of the films funny scenes are the results of teaming big Arnold up with the small children. Back in 1990 when the film was shot and Arnold's acting technique was not very developed, some of them were better actors than he was. Unfortunately but not surprisingly the filmmakers just had to include a few cringeworthy scenes with Arnold and the children.
