Review
F.I.S.T. is the story of a young working-class guy, Johnny Kovak (read Jimmy Hoffa), who is fed up with the bad conditions for the workers during the Depression in the 1930s. He becomes an active member in one of the growing, but weak unions,
The first half of the film is quite engaging, but the second half is a bit dull and much too long. Moreover Sylvester Stallone is not credible as a middle-aged union leader.
