Small Soldiers

Like the two "Gremlins"-movies Small Soldiers is a funny and scary story about small creatures that create havoc in a small town. The likeness is not coincidental because Joe Dante is the director of all three of them. Small Soldiers is not as charming and original as the "Gremlins"-movies, but when toy soldiers become alive along with their enemies, the peaceful Gorgonites, and turn a nice and quiet suburb into a battlefield, it is both thrilling and comic.
