House Arrest

House Arrest is an enjoyable, but slight comedy about Grover and his little sister Stacy who lock their parents, Janet and Ned, up in the basement. Janet and Ned have decided to become separated, but their children do not agree with this rash decision, so Grover and Stacy will not let their parents out until they have solved their marital problems.

Complications arise when Grover's friends find out about the idea and decide to give Janet and Ned some company.
