The Sting

A thoroughly enjoyable and high-spirited caper comedy about two con men, Johnny Hooker and Henry Gondorff, who plan to take revenge on the gangster boss Doyle Lonnegan for the murder of Hooker's partner. Hooker and Gondorff know that Lonnegan has a weakness for gambling, and they intend to exploit that.

The Sting has so many twists and turns that not only Hooker's and Gondorff's victims are fooled. So are the audience.
