North to Alaska

Fun action movie with a memorable fist fight.

The story takes place about the turn of the century and the main character is Sam McCord (John Wayne), a successful gold prospector, who finds a beautiful bar girl, Michelle (Capucine), on a trip. McCord wants to cheer up his partner George Pratt (Stewart Granger), whose girl has recently left him for another, so McCord promises Michelle the world if she will come with him to Alaska. She does, but in the belief that McCord is her man.
