Mimi og madammerne

In Mimi og madammerne (Mimi and The Madams) the successful and self-centered talk show hostess Mimi organizes a get-together for her old girlfriends whom she used to play with in the band Madammerne (The Madams). She invites them and their families to spend a weekend in her house in the country, but what are her true reasons for getting them together?

Mimi og madammerne has not much of a plot, but the movie keeps the viewer's attention by focusing on the underlying conflicts between the ex-band members themselves and between the women and their men.

Of the women only Mimi and Pernille become real characters. Some are mere stereotypes.
