Vera Cruz

Mexico, late 1960s: a southern gentleman Benjamin Trane (Gary Cooper) and the adventurer Joe Erin (Burt Lancaster) are hired to escort a carriage loaded with gold owned by the Austrian emperor from Mexico City to Vera Cruz. Everyone appears to be after the gold, so the two men have not been set an easy task.

Exciting western.
