The Opposite of Sex

The Opposite of Sex is an unpredictable and intelligent black comedy about 16-year-old Dedee who leaves a trail of emotional chaos everywhere she goes.

Dedee runs away from home after the death of her stepfather and moves in with her older homosexual half-brother Bill, whom she hardly knows. While Bill is at work, Dedee seduces Bill's young lover, the impressionable Matt. When she reveals that she is pregnant, she and Matt steal $10,000 from Bill and run away.

Bill and his friend Lucia, who has a crush on him, go after the runaway lovers as Bill needs them to go back and persuade Matt's other lover Jason to drop the false charge of sexual harassment against Bill.

Even though Dedee is manipulating and selfish, you actually end up rather liking her at the end. That is a feat!
