In Enemy of My Enemy Steve Mitchell, a military computer expert, arrives in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, to carry out a top secret assignment. At the American embassy he teams up with his former girlfriend, Erica Long, but before they even get started, Serbian terrorists invade the embassy and take everybody hostage. Only Mitchell manages to elude them. The terrorists announce that they will kill a hostage every hour until their leader, a war criminal, is set free. And one of the hostages is Mitchell's son...
This thriller has a promising beginning, but it disappoints as both the story and the characters do not seem very credible.
