Min farmors hus (My Grandmother's House) is a boring and slow-paced adaptation of Soya's memoirs.
Little Sørmand is placed with his grandmother, a greedy and cunning character, whose mansion abounds with evilness and intrigues.
The lighting is probably supposed to emphasize the claustrophobic and unpleasant atmosphere, but it is so dark in the living rooms that one can hardly see what is going on.
