The hero of Tuff Turf, Morgan, is a rebellious teenager who changes school for the umpteenth time. His new school is under the rule of Nick and his gang. Nobody messes with them, but unfortunately Morgan falls in love with Nick's girl, Frankie.
Tuff Turf is without doubt one of the most inane teen movies that I have ever seen. The scenes that play like a musical are totally misplaced, and the showdown scene is unnecessarily brutal and violent. What is more, the hero is an unlikable, self-pitying jerk.
